Return Policy

At Rocket Pocket Cards, we want you to shop with confidence. Because we currently fulfill products through trusted Shopify Collective supplier partners, orders may ship directly from partner warehouses and return policies can vary by item.

Returns

We accept return requests for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Unopened and sealed (if originally sold sealed)
  • In original packaging
  • Free from damage caused after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival:

  • Opened trading card products
  • Single cards
  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Any item marked non-returnable on the product page

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with our fulfillment partner to make it right as quickly as possible.

Return Process

To request a return, contact us at sales@rocketpocketcards.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Do not send items back without approval, as returns may need to be sent to the original supplier location.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/incorrect item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped by a supplier partner, cancellation may not be possible.
