Thank you for shopping with Rocket Pocket Cards. We are committed to getting your order to you quickly and securely.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Because we currently work with trusted fulfillment partners through Shopify Collective, some products may ship directly from supplier locations.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, and supplier location. Most domestic U.S. orders arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains products fulfilled by different supplier partners, items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, destination, and available shipping methods.

Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to qualifying orders and destinations.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Rocket Pocket Cards is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an invalid address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by product. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
